Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. Adam rang very quickly after my posting of the leak. Checked with me what I had done to stop the water, made me feel at ease to wait for him to sort the job the next day. He arrived promptly, completed the job, left the landing tidy. Checked all was working correctly before he left. Will be using Adam again as I have a boiler service coming up
