After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. He sent some messages to me with his last saying he will check diary to book me in, 7 days later and several messages from me that have gone ignored and I assume he isn't interested anymore albeit hasn't told me that but if you are ignoring someone, that's the sense they get. Very disappointed as it's wasted my time.
