Francis was very professional with his attitude and knowledge of the job that I required. he was very reasonable with his quote. didn’t ask for any money up front to start the job. which gained my trust straight away. Very disappointed with the job. They left the job half done. Day 1 they did half a days work. Said they needed to come back with to complete the job. Never heard from them again. Dean didn't return calls or reply to messages. I now need to find another company to complete the job.

Phil was excellent. He did the whole job on his own. He arrived when he said he would. There was nothing unexpected and he cleared up very well considering the old wooden soffits etc were 40+ years old and full of birds' nests. (Buy extra teabags - he does love a cup!)
