Would have given 5 stars but the colour of the harling is slightly darker than the other walls, however, we appreciate that it is very difficult to get an exact match, so would say 4.5 or 4.75 stars, rather than 4. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would.
