He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Dean ,gave me options over the phone just from viewing the pictures ,no one else came close to explaining. We made arrangements said he would phone on Friday and pass by to have a look, which he did then decided that it would not take to long for the work to be completed.How wrong was he but he carried on and explained what he was doing and if he had to change what he told me .would definitely use him again when the need arise.

I have no issue with the work they did, but they should routinely carry cleaning equipment such as brooms, dustpan and brush and a vacuum cleaner. They should not need to use mine, or ask me for a bucket to mix up plaster in. Finally they really should take their rubbish away or tell their clients the price does not include rubbish removal. Putting it in my neighbour’s bin and on my garden is unacceptable.
