Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.
