Had to ring and ask to come back as the boiler started leaking after the service was undertaken. Tradesman didnt turn up on original day agreed to remedy the leak but after a further phone call came back to remedy the leak without further charge.

We needed an old gas fire to be made safe so that it can be removed from our property. Within just a couple of days of posting the request for help, George had sealed off the gas supply (and also helpfully disconnected the fire itself) all for a reasonable price. Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.
