I have recently joined this web site and have found some conversion work pictures for a garage conversion. General building, slate patio, blockwork, window installation, patio door installation, wiring for electronic smart shower, plumbing, Velux window installation, tiling, carport, etc Also some recent garden fence replacement work... I started out after leaving college with electrical installation and appliance repair, auto electrical work, alarm fitting, mainly fault finding and rectification with a strong sense of where problems are possible and the personality of being able to sort most issues out quickly and with the least time and disruption for all parties involved. Previous work has included listed buildings, churches, The bank of England, M O D Whitehall, country estate maintenance and security. A large volume of diverse experiance in many trades. Established 1981 - Chimneys pointed, rendered and rebuilt. Failing lead-work sorted out. Also internal damp damage repaired.
Bruce visited to look at the job, gave his view on what was required and provided a quote quickly. He arranged scaffolding, re-rendered chimney and added slate top, removed and replaced the render on the gable wall, including filling a hole that was uncovered in the flue and adding bell cast. No fuss, good communication and great work all at a reasonable price.
