Excellent. When no-one else would quote, he diagnosed a fault in an obsolete fluorescent light and fixed it instantly. Just started in business and seemed unsure of how to collect payment, but sure he will soon sort that out. Will certainly use again.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Really pleased with the job, originally only having boiler sorted. Had new boiler fitted and complete bathroom suite installed. Also fitted new flooring in bathroom for me. What a hero! John arrived within an hour of our initial phone call despite it being late in the afternoon. He went above and beyond the line of duty systematically fixing not only the original posted job but others that reared their ugly heads in our old stone cottage. He would not leave for the evening (returning to repair the other problems a day later) until he was able to leave us with an electricity supply as it is needed to bring water to the house. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work.
