My qualifications are JIB Gold Card Approved Electrician, NVQ level Three, AM2E, Initial Verification and Testing, 18th Edition and Diploma in Electrical and Electronics. I have carried out domestic and industrial/commercial installations. Some of my projects are power to domestic garden building , house and kitchen rewire, fuse box/ consumer unit installation, commercial lighting , heating, panel board design, and plenty of fault finding. I have also designed a few automation projects and have extensive experience in working with single phase, three phase and DC systems. I am soon looking to register with the NICEIC. I have 18 years experience working for a building company that does insurance claims. And now I have been self employed for 6 years. I have public liability insurance.
Unfortunately I couldn’t recommend Neil, original quote was £160 plus materials, (1 day job) took him 6 hours to do 10% of the job and ended up asking him to leave as it was going to cost a fortune to keep him on to finish the work. Also quoted £50 - £70 for materials and then in an email quoted it £135. He seems a nice guy but the quality of work was not acceptable for the price.
