I posted my job of a wet room mosaic tiles coming loose, Ahmad quickly got in contact we arranged a time and he arrived promptly. He examined the wet room floor saying that there was possible damaged underneath and the drain system was not suitable. He first identified the root cause of the issue, then explained what he will do, then updated us regularly. He worked swiftly and efficiently repaired the wet room floor and walls to a high professional standard and we would wholeheartedly recommend his work.

I am very unhappy for Zohaib Talib's service from Top Freeze Ltd. He got my money but didn't fix my oven's problem. He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up. I tried to complaint to Top Freeze, they only asked my contact details, but one day has passed, and still not contact me again.

The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. Andrew carried out a complete re-wire of our whole house. He was very thorough and considerate and managed to work around us as we continued to live in the house throughout the re- wire.
