Very thoughtful, discussing every stage, gave full explanations and agreed a reduction in fee as some work not required. Absolutely I would recommend them. Only hesitation a bit clumsy at first until the job was fully understood.

Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend
