I did ask Bradley to do an extra task which he hadn’t quoted for and was very accommodating and priced it accordingly. He arrived early for the job and messaged me to say he had arrived . The plumber was really quick – he fixed the dripping tap in about 20 minutes. But then he charged us £168, which is outrageous. I'd avoid 'The Local Plumber Service'. They quote £62.50 for 30 minutes, but they actually charge a full hour no matter how quick the job is. That's really misleading."
