Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.
After serving time in the armed forces, I decided to join the construction industry . Since 2008 I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills in different trades . My work is always to a high standard as I am a perfectionist and believe all work should be done to the standard you would expect in your own home. I am happy to do emergency or weekend work. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
