Excellent service from start to finish. He responded quickly and was able to fit a new ventilation fan on the same day, completing the work to a high standard. He was professional, punctual, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. In addition to the installation, he kindly helped me move some heavy furniture around the house, which was greatly appreciated.

The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.
