Although not fully resolved... Dean did a fully professional job and gave sound advice to move forward with the problems that were 'unearthed' (once some sockets,etc. were removed). I wouldn't hesitate to use Shocked again

I was happy to employ Adam Bardsley of A.R.B. Electrical Solutions after speaking to him on the phone and I was not disappointed. He replaced the broken light at the front door and suggested an alternative light for the rear (which I had never considered) and even replaced a couple of sockets. He was extremely pleasant and, although the jobs were relatively small, he did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to have him back or recommend him to anyone else.

I can truly say we just want the best job for our customers. Time after time we hear about rogue traders that our customers have had previous. They either don’t turn up to the quotes/job or do an awful and sometimes dangerous job! We are all about playing by the book and doing a quality job. We run everything by an I-pad app that will quote within 5 minutes of viewing the job. We tidy up after every job, in fact, one customer thought we hired a professional cleaner after we had been! If you would like us to carry out some work call us.
Came round to check what needed done, and gave me advice on how to avoid having to completely rewire, by just upgrading some parts. Gave me a parts list to buy which saved time. Kept me updated and finished the job as quoted. The job has been successful as no issues. The billing system was great, and could pay online, and photos included. He is a very amenable chap. Only sorry I didn't make him a cuppa.

Darren is an amazing Electrian, his work is neat and precise. He did find an unexpected complication and after consulting with me rectified the problem, this came at a little extra cost but it was a necessary addition.
