My experience with Tony was mixed.He offered the best 'no hidden cost' quote but increased the price by £300 upon arrival,claiming he didn't check the advert photos and that there was more work than expected.I felt cornered into accepting the increase, despite my dissatisfaction.The job felt rushed in the end.Tony is a nice guy, but he seems overwhelmed at times.
