He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call

This is an interim review only. Throughout, Eddie was friendly, polite and very helpful indeed. He spent well over an hour diagnosing the problem correctly and trying over and over ways to put it right. Eventually he had to conclude that a fault had arisen in our twenty-year-old shower, which he could not remedy without co-operation from the manufacturer. He has sent an email with photos to the company with request for their assistance, and we await their reply.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Martyn turned up on time every visit and worked extremely hard under difficult conditions. His plumbing works look excellent and I shall be using him again. More expensive than I anticipated but as I said very difficult conditions and I had little idea of the costs involved.
Jon painted our whole house to a very high standard. Emulsion all walls and ceilings plus gloss all woodwork. He started when promised and finished on time. He tidied up everyday and now we can make our house a home. Would recommend him to everyone and we will definitely use him again.
