Fraser and his team recently did some work on our roof. The workers were polite, helpful and did a good job, including the clean-up afterwards. The roof required more work than we realised, but Fraser was honest and communicative. This company were timely in providing a quote and getting the work done. We would recommend them.

Jonathan was massively knowledgeable in advising us what needed done in our bathrooms. He quoted us really fairly, helping us see what needed done and what really needed money spent on. Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from Ian at Chaps. When my boiler stopped working in the winter, the emergency callout fee was lower than any electricity company's. He put in a quick fix so that I could have hot water again straight away, and came back a few days later to do the full fix. Not only that: when he noticed that a radiator wasn't working and that a pipe wasn't earthed, he fixed them too for no extra! Cheery and friendly, I now contact them directly for any issues.
