Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Chris was excellent from start to finish. From the first very discussion where he advised us on the best design and components etc. he came back multiple times as we were confirming tiles and construction and always explained clearly the process with Attention to detail. He accommodated our timescale, completing two bathrooms whilst we were on holiday, meaning zero mess and great bathrooms when we returned. Overall a great experience from start to finish,we highly recommend Chris and would use him again.

Although they did a good job, I had a slow leak and the shower cubicle handle has since fallen off. They came out to fix the toilet leak, but it started leaking again straight after. Never returned to do the handle as promised
Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

An immediate and competative quote, we were advised of a work schedule and who to expect on site. They were prompt and worked hard to complete the job to a high standard within the time frame. Their transport was signwritten and smart, their jumpers had their logo, this is a good indication of pride in their work. When subcontractors were left on site the boss returned and checked on their progress and ensured they were well supplied with materials. Highly recommended thank you a good job well done.

The chaps were and are very professional, honest (rare nowadays) polite, approachable, friendly and trustworthy. The extension they built for us was completed within the suggested time frame to a high standard. They were only too happy to answer questions and keep us upto date with the progress. Would definately use again should the need arise. Highly recommended for any work required.
