Christian arrived at the house on time, Very kindly adjusted and changed some electrical wires with out charging extra. Took his time to make sure all was fitted correctly and safely. I've chosen Munotec for a fusebox upgrade and the job was done fast and according to the quote. Big added benefit for me was that they provided both EIC and EICR after the installation. I'll definitely consider Munotec for future jobs.

Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.
