A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This was quite a difficult job. Ali didn't appreciate how big the radiator was, and that it would need two people to install it. Also he didn't have experience working with a heat pump so wasn't able to get the system running to test after installation. But he gave it a good go and we got there in the end.
