My name is Max Akkaya and my company started with plumbing and bathroom refurbishments after graduating from my NVQ level 2 course in Heating and Ventilation. The grout started to crack and crumble as soon as it started to dry. I bought mapei ultracolor plus, so good quality grout. He likely did not mix correctly. Grouting in the bathroom was regrouted on top of the old grout so pieces of grout keep coming loose. Awful. I have contacted the tradesman- no response.
