The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. Zamir called me after looking at my ad and photos and gave me a quote which I agreed on. We arranged the day. I booked a day off work. On the day I messaged him mid morning asking what time he was arriving: no reply. He did not turn up at all or even let me know that he wasn't coming. He completely wasted my time
