Despite numerous attempts to call Nathan the owner from Pro Plastics over the past week, I have received no response. The individual who commenced the work has taken payment but failed to complete the job and has since ceased all communication. As a result, my porchway, hallway, and landing have been left in an unacceptable and untidy condition, with the work only partially completed. This situation is causing significant distress and inconvenience.

I can't recommend Istvan and his team enough. They have recently decorated our lounge and done an excellent job with a high quality finish. Very disappointing experience. Quote was increased after accepting the job, claiming distance despite postcode being clearly listed. Only half the work was completed, full payment taken, and they promised to return the next day but never did. After repeated attempts to contact them, they disappeared. Another tradesman confirmed poor workmanship, incorrectly installed posts, and damaged panels. Job now costs far more to fix. Unreliable and unprofessional – avoid.
