They have not only insulated and applied new rendering to my house but also addressed a couple of minor issues (repointing of coping stones and correcting a flashing detail). Ian was prompt in reply and came on time. The job required some tricky plastering around various fittings. Unfortunately Ian had recently injured his hand. Consequently the quality of finish was not what I have seen with other plasterers so I was disappointed and it took a lot to improve the finish with significant sanding and use of filler and finishing coat. My wife is still not happy with the finished job.

We can't recommend Arbiter Coatings enough! Bill was extremely helpful right from the quote stage to completion of the work. He offered us a solution to covering up the fake stone front of our home to give us the exact result we had hoped for when no-one else could.
