Although their actual work is great. I do not appreciate the work being carried out on Thursday and then today- less than 24 hours after completion- a guy knocking on our door demanding payment from my wife and him stating that he could not leave our premises until the bill was settled. My wife explained that they had only finished the job yesterday but he was very firm in saying that he could not stand for outstanding or late payments- like as if he had been waiting days or weeks for it to be setsettled

I had ridge work carried out in Dec 22 by Lee’s team after which I had the dry verge work done. Within a few weeks pieces had fallen off. This was quickly ‘’repaired’’. Less than 8 months later pieces had fallen off again including the batten that had been used for fixing to the main roof. Lee, 5 months later, has failed to repair. I’m now left with no choice but to either, employ another builder, or the small claims court. Don’t trust these people to carry out any work to an acceptable standard.

Koyar did an excellent job! Our hall ceiling had fallen down, he rebuilt it and plastered it. He also stripped all the wallpaper from the hall stairs landing walls, the sanded and prepared them to perfection. So good they don't need painting! A very professional gentleman, takes his time and cares about doing a good job. Always tidies up every day too!

Following my negative feedback, information has come to light that Mr Chisti was unable and NOT unwilling to finish the work due to some personal unforseen circumstances. He has offered a refund for the work he didn't do and I am waiting for that. He and his wife were 2 of the most hardworking people I have ever seen and I am glad that they are not the villains I initially thought they were. I'd have them back anytime

I hired this person in August 2023 to paint the outside of a small terraced house. It was in disrepair and needed a lot of preparation done before painting. The sandstone slabs that sit on top of the wall needed leveling off because some of it had fell away. Ian leveled it off with white outdoor polyfilla instead of sand and cement which I paid for and which he subsequently left the job with unused. The polyfilla lasted 12 weeks and has fell away. I'm hoping I can upload photos. Terrible finish
