I have over 40 years of experience in property maintenance. I am a city and guilds qualified painter, decorator and sign writer. I'm a registered contractor for a national housing association for Exeter and Plymouth as well as for Connells (estate agents) lettings division. Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of comments from people passing and neighbours on how impressed they are with the speed of construction and the final results. Great job finished on time and on budget. We cleaned up each evening in preparation for the next day but by the end of the week Yad was cleaning himself to prepare for the next day. Trustworthy we left him at times when we needed to go out and provided a key for him to let himself in. Very happy with the finished product.

Jack from Quality Property Decor did a really good job! He painted around my front door, and the porch, and also re did the front window-sill. He was pleasant and went above and beyond, and painted the top of my wall and under the window! He was very efficient. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.
Hi I’m Chris self employed for 19 years in the decorating industry, all the usual decorating stuff undertaken,interior,exterior,wallpapering,however I’m making the transition over to spray painting kitchens,furniture,and interior wood and walls, upvc windows, etc, i believe this will give the customer a superior finish with quicker turnaround for both parties, once seen I think you’ll agree.

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done
