Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

Hi all, I am Daniel Hill and I have been a Painter and Decorator for about 8 years now. I first started at school in year 11 when I went to college one day a week to learn general maintenance skills. I then did 3 years there when I left school and did a General maintenance course and two painting and decorating courses. On my final year of college I got a job with a Painting firm where I was there for two years. During that time we painted church’s, offices, industrial units, shops and many other different projects. I then left to become my own boss and have never looked back. I have been self employed for just over 6 years and enjoy my work. I provide a friendly and reliable service and take pride in my work. He put every effort into driving a long way to assess our water leak. He even inspected everywhere & had a long ladder to climb the 3 stories to the roof to evaluate all sources of the leak. We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. He was punctual, tidy and did everything we had asked him to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
