Steven and his team did a brilliant job on our flat. I couldn't meet Steven in person as I live elsewhere, but he was in close contact with me before and throughout the job. Grand Finishes decorated the flat within 4-5 days. They went beyond the scope of the project, suggesting we paint the radiators too to make it look better, as well as refresh the grout in the bathroom and kitchen (both of which they included at no extra cost). They were tremendously enthusiastic. They turned up every day, even though it was below freezing in November 2023! Mistakes were made. Primarily setting out the project. The job was to repair a small Victorian external pathway. Adequate spare tiles were supplied. The whole path was dug up and a new concrete base installed then they started from the two sides and worked their way down to the bottom. This meant the pattern didn't fit. They now understand where they went wrong so the next job should be better.

For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up.
