I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Changing my previous rating to two stars. Job was done fine, but I'm still waiting on a guarantee that I was promised, and now I'm just being ignored. Really wouldn't recommend - typically unreliable and frustrating.

We are a building repair company who have been successfully providing services to insurance companies and local authorities since 2004. We specialise in urgent response repairs on insurance claims where flooding, subsidence and other problems occur.
This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

An excellent job completed on time as expected. Wayne is the only painter I have employed who took the time to remove all the gutters in order to completely paint underneath them. He also cleaned out the gutters before replacing them. I shall certainly recommend him and use him when next I need any future painting.
