A time and date was agreed with this company to attend our home and then provide us with a quote. However on the due date, the Representative of the company did not arrive. When we tried to call the company to find out why, we continually received an out of office message even tho this was only late afternoon . Very poor , we will not use this company again

I have worked in different environments such as agriculture and domestic and also have worked on suppression systems in food factories and data centres. I am a level 3 qualified electrician with test and inspection knowledge.i also have my 18th edition qualifications. I can also undertake PAT testing, Electrical Vehicle Charging points and fire alarm contracts if required. I am a tidy tradesman with experience in building as well so can also plaster and make good. Brooke Contractors managing director is also a full time Electrical Project manager, covering some of the largest electrical installs in London. Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian

Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!
