Unique finish did an exceptional job for me. They completed four door handles adjustments, two door adjustments, that were causing a lot issues for me. Outstanding workmanship, very professional, friendly and advised me of the cause of the problem and possible solutions. Cleaned up after themselves and was always approachable. Arthur was professional, on time and got on with the job straight away. This was the gardens first cut of the season so was taller in some areas. Very professional and friendly service , because of the standard of the work done we have used Chris & Will to paint throughout our house . We are due to have our hall, stairs and landing done next and looking forward to bringing that up to the standard of the other rooms done by them. They clear up very thoroughly at the end of a job and their rates are very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
Chris did a first rate job,and completed it quickly and proficiently. We are delighted with the work he has done and will use him again in future.

We had a broken window pane, Simon came out to measure and rang the glaziers there and then to give us a quote. As soon as the glass was ready 2 days later it was fitted and he took the old one away. Simon was lovely and polite, quick, efficient and friendly. Will use again.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
