When it eventually stopped raining and Bradley was able to build our extension, the work was top quality and at the end of each day it was tidier than I kept the place before the building started. I had an idea of what I expected for my money, Bradley told me what he could do for the same price and it was far more than I could have hoped for. Would recommend him and have already asked him to price some other work for me.

The tradesman failed to complete the agreed job,saying that he didn't fully understand what needed to be done for a window that needed external access / scaffolding. Admittedly he reduced the price by £60. My wife paid him. I most definitely would not have until he had completed the agreed work to my satisfaction. Lesson Learnt.

The job was agreed & date set, but nobody turned up. I was assured this was a one-off, and going by the reviews, this would seem so. Things happen. Then after a few more messages trying to rearrange, I was offered a same-evening visit at about 930pm! this was too late for me so i declined, but asked for another date. asked again on 30th aug and again on 6th sept but no response. Then on 20th september I was told he was out of country. This is poor. I didnt want to rate the quality or value but forced to.
