At no point did I ask for anything free that's a lie, trenches are not supposed to be 6" deep if they are going to be safe I have photos. The water board laughted at the trench then failed it, when he left site he was on the phone for payment instantly. I should have held some monies back so they would have returned, silly me giving trust.
