We put an advertisment up last night, and we recieved a phone call in the morning from Jay. He was really friendly and helpful, and gave us a rough quote on the phone. When he arrived he was friendly and reassuring, he informed us of more damage that he saw, and put no pressure on us that it needed to be done instantly. He also kept true to his quote. Work was completed as agreed but after a relatively short period of time the pointing started to fail. Tried contacting the company multiple times and also went through Rated People but received no response whatsoever. Very disappointed and cannot recommend this tradesperson.
