Job was probably not a standard one but chatting through with Kieren what was required on initial site visit , the estimate was fair and arrived promptly . Through to start date Kieren also kept in contact which was appreciated. Job was completed within agreed time frame and to the expected standard. Kieren arrived on time each day and worked hard and would happily recommend.

Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! I've been in the building trade for most of my working live I specialise in all types of plastering and good experiences with tilling,many years of site work but decided to change direction,I like to aim for customer satisfaction I'm also handy with interior painting and floor services.
Builder saw and quoted for the job. I hired him in good faith. Started work refused to remove both fence panels. Removed and damaged the panel,did not errect it back as found.Did not finish my job. Left all rubbish in the work area, including his own bucket.Poured cement and raw lime water in my flower bed, destroying my seeds, germinating for the summer season. Broke my garden tap off the push fit and couldn't fix it back. A total disaster, leaving me with incomplete rendering, which cost me twice over.

James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING.
