Tray from TG Property Maintenance contacted me promptly re our fence fitting job and he was very flexible around my schedule. He was very courteous and friendly and quote was reasonable so we booked the job. Tray and his brother did a fantastic job of fitting the fence panel to the wall where it had come down and they also secured two other panels which were loose. A great job done at a fair price - and everything tidied up afterwards! We'll definitely contact them again for similar jobs!

I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
