I was disappointed with the standard of finish of the completed work. My main disappointment relates to the shower cubicle wall area where the tiles meet the shower tray. An acceptable gap of 2 - 3mm can be considered ‘normal’, the gap below one of the tiles in this area is 10mm. This gap, butts up to one of 2mm making it very noticeable! As this tile required to be cut to fit to accommodate the corner of the shower tray/floor, surely at this point, the tile should have been replaced. [I had over-stock

James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.
