James did a really good job for the house we’d just bought. The floors were all painted and really ugly, and he sanded them back to the wood and left them looking really nice. He even returned free of charge to fix a problem of “grain raising” which had left the boards a bit rough to the touch and occurred a few days after he’d finished, due to moisture in the space. He was friendly, considerate and empathic, a really pleasant guy to have around and to be involved in our renovation project.

Paul and his team were very professional in their approach and work. They listened to what we needed, and even with the extra unexpected work we asked of them still finished on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them for any addition work that I need.

Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.

Paul came and assessed our door to find what was needed as it was old and not easy. Once he found the part he fixed it quickly and easily. Friendly person and reasonable price.

David has done an excellent job - we are really pleased with our kitchen tiling. He was reliable, polite, hardworking and conscientious and went over and above to ensure we were happy. Liam turned up when he said he would (on a Sunday!) He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He worked really hard to get the inspection done on time, completed the certificate at home that evening and within 6 hours of him finishing the job I had the certificate. A really good result, would recommend him to anyone wanting this sort of service.

I had two gates installed on my drive and they look fantastic. GM landscapes completed the job within a week of accepting. I would definitely recommend them as they provided excellent value for money. I will be using them again!!

They contact me straight away after placing my job on ratedpeople. And they where able to come out next day, they had to come back a day later to finish off the job properly, which was brilliant. I now have no more safety issues and will definitely call them again
