First telephone call went well. Said there would be a wardrobe in recess. Not a problem. Day he arrived as soon in room said bed would have to come out. Told him not possible,no where to store it. Said in that case he could not do the job. We are both pensioners and struggled to every other piece of furniture out so you can imagine we were not happy. So inconsiderate.

I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

We are a family run business with over 15 years in the building trade. From joiners, plumbers, electricians, painting/decorators, landscapers and plasterers we have it all. We take great pride in our work and customer care is priority. We do apply an out of hours charge after 6pm, weekends and bank holidays.
We had to get another plumber in to fix the work and they ignored us when we’ve been trying to contact them for months.
