Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

I’m extremely happy with the carpet fitting service I received. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. The carpet was fitted perfectly with smooth joins and neat edges throughout every room, and the stairs . They were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was cleaned and tidy before they left. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote.
