Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. I honestly can’t recommend James and John highly enough. They’ve done an absolutely fantastic job decorating our living room and we’re delighted with the finish. From start to finish they were brilliant. They took care of moving and sorting all the furniture, protected everything properly and worked incredibly neatly. After I posted my enquiry, Lawrence phoned me within half an hour. We discussed the job, he gave me a price , and I accepted it later. He did the job to our complete satisfaction, 3 days later, arriving at 8.00am. He laid a new laminate floor in a small conservatory, and took up and laid a new floor in the kitchen. It was wet and he had to walk from the house to the outside garage to do the cutting. He kept to his quote, but I gave him extra for the awkward door threshold strips. Definitely recommended.

Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.
