The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

They came to give a quote, explained what needed doing, discussed with us throughout how they would do the job and did it there and then when a fair price was agreed. They took before and after photos to show us, cleaned up everything afterwards and involved us every step of the way and answered any questions we had. NOT A QUALIFIED BUILDER! Promised to complete all work in 4 days. Arrived after 11am each day. Insisted on full payment or wouldn't complete work, so I paid in full. Pergola not installed. Waited another week, I asked to be refunded for unfinished work; he refused, I Kept his tools until refunded. He threatened to destroy my garden. I returned tools but no refund given. Poor-quality work. Didn't use whacker to level ground; it was very uneven. Had to remove grass to have it relayed correctly.
