The people working on the job were excellent. They worked their socks off and the work was completed as I hoped. However, the boss did not honour his quote and wanted more money. He even said his team had been lazy and had too many cups of tea!! He blamed everyone else except himself saying if he was onsite he would have completed it quicker - so were was he? He then said he would reduce the price but not complete the job leaving only half the tree trimmed. I eventually had to pay him an extra £250!

James and his team were extremely responsive. From my initial enquiry online I was called within half an hour and then they made a very quick appointment to visit and assess my needs. The estimate arrived within the timescale promised (later that day in fact) and they managed to start work within a week. I was consulted throughout the process as they were 're-doing' my rear garden. They worked hard, didn't play on phones all day and the job didn't overrun. Fabulous, Thanks guys.

KLY did a painting job for me after they recently hired some new people. i was sceptical at first but i have to say it was an outstanding job. i am sure his profile will be updated soon with the photos from my job. it was an eggshell brilliant white paint so there would be no hiding place for imperfections but the job was perfect. Great work and i would hire again without any reservation.
