I have been self employed for 7 1/2years now, I really enjoy the freedom it gives me to take on a wide variety of projects and the responsibility that comes with creating what customers want. I believe I have a good eye for detail, and i work hard with my customers to implement their ideas. I give alternative ideas and thoughts to give customers a better overview of what they could have and potentially achieve. I like to think I’m relaxed, easy going and approachable and i think the relationship between customer and tradesman is as crucial as the work itself. I have worked all over the country on a wide range of projects installing timber bridges, boardwalks, and jetties. This gave me great experience, dealing with customers and problem solving. I thoroughly enjoy my work and love working outdoors, helping to create great gardens for people to enjoy.
Ben and Paul did an excellent job. Ben gave clear advice about options beforehand and both were punctual and respectful of property. Paul fitted the gate skilfully and relaid stone flags beautifully, cleaning up everything afterwards. We will definitely use this trader again in the future.

Lovely friendly, professional man. Turned up when he said he would, did everything we discussed, pruned, weeded and planted new shrubs. Took all the rubbish away. Left my garden in looking like a garden, not an overgrown waste land. Would highly recommend him. Charges a fair price too.

Recently self employed after serving 12 years at a respected joinery company where I served my apprenticeship and worked upto site foreman role.. From kitchens bedrooms and living rooms to prety much anything building wise. I have a team of friendly trades men i use for the jobs i cant do.

All aspects of garden work undertaken, grass cutting, trees topped, trimmed, felled, shaped, pruned & removed. hedge trimming, general garden tidy's, waste removal, also power washing of decking, patios, paths & driveways.
We had Rod to do our garden. He was great with arrangements and came to give us a quote before he did the job. He was easy to deal with great with communication and did a fab job. I would highly recommend him.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction.
