The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Very good job competently handled. It wasn't straight forward as there were some complications due to existing design of building, but all problems solved are job still brought in within budget.

We were stuck in very stressful, difficult situation and Russel was the only builder interested in building our extension. (Either the Job was to small for others or they were only interested in doing it if they could cut corners.) I will always be grateful for his hard world, kindness, and patience.

It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. Ben was excellent from start to finish. Even though he lives 100 miles away. We sorted exactly what we wanted by phone and photos. Turned up exactly when he said he would. Just got on with the job, did not have to bother me at all. Worked non stop until all was completed in the timescale he said. Cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Top job and good price.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. We are able to carry out both summer and winter pruning tasks, correct pruning is essential for healthy shrubs and trees, many shrubs pruned incorrectly may not flower correctly and fruit trees pruned incorrectly may not produce healthy yields of fruit.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
