Brian responded very quickly after I posted for trees to be loped & cut back he and Mike came out today assessed the job and gave a very reasonable quote, once we agreed he started the job there & then - no messing no fuss just got stuck in & got the job done. Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Rated people are reviewing the Complaint raised.

Cheap but did not do all that I had asked them to do and what they did do was not great. I would not recommend for garden work. Ignored my concerns expressed on Rated People chat after they had left. Shame as I did potentially have more jobs they would have benefitted from.
Took pergola down and cut back all the overgrown trees. Everything cleared and left clean and tidy.

Rich and his team were super efficient. Our roof was leaking badly (water coming through the bedroom ceiling) Even though Rich couldn't start working on the roof straight away (due other work commitments) he came on an extremely wet Sunday, put the scaffolding up and did a temporary repair to stop any further damage to the bedroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out and for a reasonable price.
