At build west we like to make a good impression from the off by helping out client no what they want . We then start the job and we make them feel comfortable the whole way tho the job . The quote was reasonable, we had had slightly lower & higher quotes from other builders, but didn't feel comfortable with them. John put us at ease and explained everything and took on board the few extra bits we wanted. His quote came back quick and the start date worked well with us. He turned up on time every day & took all the rubbish away after each day. Finish looks great A+

Even though the job was tricky due to doorframes not being square etc, Jordan got everything working and looking superb.
