From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. Ken did a really fantastic job of paving our front garden with bricks we'd salvaged from knocking out the back of our Edwardian terrace. He has made it look amazing, better than we could have imagined. He was communicative, flexible, friendly and got the job done in good time.
